Outbreak isn't a Pinnacle Weapon and Recluse wont get nerfed.

Recluse will be nerfed because 1, it's really good and makes every smg irrelevant, and 2, you can kill one enemy with any weapon and then you can essentially kill anything that isn't a boss. I don't want it to get nerfed since I think it's really fun to use, but it most likely will because there is not point to use any other smg other then maybe Riskrunner in certain situations.

Bug out bag with the right perks can rival a recluse unless the user of recluse got a kill. Riskrunner is inconsistent unless you get hit with arc and thats very niche compared to a pinnacle that turns body shots to precision hits. The othe subs have really bad stats and perks hard to find good ones outside of the recluse.
