The bubble caster should have twice as much damage resistance from within the bubble.
You and allies should have a dramatic recharge to all ability energy.
Damaging the bubble would grant orbs of light.

Just my take on things. The orbs that are generated should be small ones like you said but I think that getting ability energy when buffed by the WoD would give it more teeth.
