Refurbished shader?
I must have dismantled 20+ weapons with this shader and it hasn't dropped.... am I doing something wrong?

Allo NoFearNeil, Since it's a blue quality (rare) shader it only has a chance to drop when dismantling items. You'll just have to keep trying.
