Hey there.
You are required to complete the Gambit Prime Introduction Quest in order to unlock the Allegiance quest.
The Gambit Prime Introduction Quest asks you to complete a Reckoning round, so I assume this is what you have to do next.

I believe I did a Gambit Prime intro quest. Do you mean the "Into the Haul" quest: Visit the Derelict to wage your synthesized Mote in the mysterious trial that the Drifter calls The Reckoning"? I haven't done that one yet. I will complete that and see if that works. Thanks

Yes, I meant that quest. You will have to complete that too. After doing that and visiting the Drifter once more, the Allegiance quest should unlock. Let me know if anything goes wrong.
