Hello,
If you pick up a previous week's Flashpoint in the same week it would affect this week's award, did you pick up last weeks after weekly reset on Tuesday?
Players can only get powerful rewards from one flashpoint a week. So if you have 2 or more flashpoints completed on your character and decide you want to pick them all up only first one will be powerful.

Yes, I picked up last week's Flashpoint this week, because there was a bug and I waited until it was fixed. Now, I didn't pick up the Flashpoint rewards on my other 2 characters hoping for a fix - now they too are screwed for the following week?

You can only pick up one a week and get powerful rewards. So you can save them but any time you pick up two Flashpoints on the same character in a week only one will be powerful.
