Good luck. I’m on day three of this nonsense and can barely get a response or acknowledgement that there is a problem outside of “what is your error code” and “investigating” But I’m going to guess you are in New England and use Comcast/xfinity ... because that’s the same situation everyone experiencing network problems is in. Rumor is VPN is a good work around
