Borealis - exotic sniper (program exclusive or random drop?)
Howdy, I went and bought the pc-edition during the black friday hype on battle net. The referAfriend program link kinda confuses me. Is the weapon exclusively only obtained through referAfriend or can it be obtained in-game as a rare-drop? Thanks.

The weapon is a random drop and the refer-a-friend quest gives you an ornament as far as I know
