NEED HELP on Question!!! ASAP! Competitive (Luna's Howl)
I was wondering will I be able to just reach "Fabled" Rank in competitive with another character if i have the quest on my hunter for Luna's howl to reach "fabled" rank? Or do i have to reach "Fabled" on the Hunter?
I have all other steps done i just have to reach the rank
