A majority of the time I can't apply different perks to my gear or apply modifiers... Etc. When I apply, the little blue bar runs up and stops just short of completion. This happens trying to change perks, shaders, ornaments, modifiers, the list goes on. It's very frustrating and impedes my game play. Please fix this soon!
