The best class ability in the game and the guy say its useless, let him try to use rifts on crucible.

You can close gaps with it, confuse the player aim as you dodge to a side he wasnt expecting, you can dodge to get to cover, to reload weapons fast on a critical situation or to recover your melee by dodging while fighting a enemy close range and finish him off with knives if you are using them, there’s LOTS of ways of using dodge, while warlock rift you have to hold your ground where you use it, the healing rift is slow and the damage one you have to know when to use it

Any time I've tried to use dodge to close a gap, I've gotten killed. As far as I know, only one subclass has a dodge that confuses aim. I've very frequently been shot and killed in the middle of a dodge.

What did you want? To become invincible during dodge? Haha if the enemy is good of course he is gonna hit you, more so if you are walking/dodging in a straight line of his vision... learn how to use it effectively, its simple as that

Literally yes, I want to become invincible during the 3 seconds I'm in the dodge animation. That single thing would make Dodge 100% more useful, and in my mind, on par with the other abilities. you could dodge through AOEs, you could avoid annoying enemy attacks that are nearly impossible to avoid, you could get to cover that's nearby guaranteed, even if you're low on health.

If hunters would get an invincible frame on dodge, warlocks should too be invincible during rift cast, and titans during barrier cast, simple as that

The difference between them is that the Titan's animation creates a lasting shield that protects or buffs. The Warlock's animation creates a lasting circle that heals or buffs. The Hunter's animation does not create anything. the animation IS the ability. Once the animation is over, you have nothing. The ability is over, you're just standing there. I love that you feel the need to insult my skill constantly, it's really immature.

You’re saying the best class skill in the game for pvp is useless, who would think you are a good player, you want INVINCIBILITY during THREE seconds by simply pressing O, not to mention dodge have the lowest cooldown of all 3 class skill
