I just reset/prestiged my Valor rank, which, obviously takes a considerable amount of time to earn and is an exciting thing to do with the prospect of earning some great new loot. I went to the Crucible mode page, held down F on my keyboard and reset my rank. For all of my many many hours of grinding Crucible since Forsaken, including the last 2 straight hours of playing because I knew how close I was to being able to reset, I received: One legendary Wing Contender helmet. My max light at the time of resetting was 529.8, and the helmet dropped at 530. I checked postmaster, DIM, quit and logged back in... That's all I got for my trouble - a single drop not even qualified as a Powerful Engram. I fully understand bugs can be expected and you're working on fixes, and I love this game and am thrilled with Forsaken but this really, really just makes me want to not play for a week or two. Is there anything that can be done to fix this or was my first Season 4 reset completely useless? Extremely disappointing.
