Hey there,
Appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this issue. Was your character made before 2.0 and then leveled up to where you could access stikes after 2.0?

I'm having the same prob. Vanguard playlist went missing after the forsaken update.

My character was made slightly before 2.0 I believe, it is worth noting that my Titan, which I just had talk to zavala after fury today, has the vanguard playlist available. My warlock still does not, but can see and access strikes that are available on the map, but not the vanguard playlist.
