I wouldn't see the factions as being right or wrong. They're simply different facets of what humanity's mindset needs to be. New Monarchy understands that we need to strengthen the City and protect Earth, humanity's birthplace and where the majority of us will be making our stand against the Darkness. New Monarchy is right. Future War Cult understands that the rough men who stand ready to do violence on humankind's behalf need to train and prepare for war. FWC is right. Dead Orbit thinks that we need to hedge our bets and scatter our people among the stars. Dead Orbit is right. The factions may not see eye to eye... but a wise Guardian understands that whichever one we choose to support, humanity needs them all.
