You know they won't comment on it, but yet you ask them to look at it in your post.
1. Bungie is at E3 this week. Do not expect them to look into anything.
2. Just be patient. 2 weeks is just the general estimate. It could be longer.

If it says two weeks in the message (which it explicitly did), then it feels like a slap in the face to be lied to, especially when there's no way to check or talk to a human at Bungie about it. They could even say "at least two weeks" or something instead of just straight-up lying.

@doktorpaine I'm currently in the same boat as you previously where could you tell me how long your restriction was so I've got an idea what to expect? - going on day 10 or so.
