Refunds would come from your retailer, not bungie. Considering there have been several windows updates that have broken the drivers/game it takes time.

I bought it on their battle.net site. The problem that the 2015 games of EA work without problems, they have to adapt not only drivers and Windows. But they push more on consoles not on pc users. Luckily I have not acqsuitato the dlc. If not other money spent. I will no longer take anything from them

FYI, battle.net is not bungie's site, it is a 3rd party retailer site. So they would be the ones to give you a refund, if you qualify.
