Pokemon Switch
So it seems the first true Pokemon games for Switch will be remakes of Pokemon Yellow.
Apparently a company that files trademarks for Nintendo recently made an acquisition of the names "Pokemon Let's Go Eevee!" And "Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu!".
Also a supposed "insider", has recently stated that Nintendo should be announcing these two games shortly.
As for those who are skeptical, some Gamefreak dev's have been posting ok social media things pertaining to both Eevee, and Pikachu(not cover art or anything, but there's been more then a few posts, and other products starring those two).
Now i ask what do you all think of this? I am personally very wary myself(not about if this is real, but other things have me concerned about this move).

4 RespuestasI'd really like to get back into Pokemon and rebooting with gen 1 would awesome for me tbh. I haven't played since gen 3 or maybe 4. I'll probably pick up whatever they put out as long as those Pokemon Go rumors aren't true. This game better be fully playable while docked and stationary lol.

I saw this news from a channel on YouTube who mentioned these leaks coming from 4chan, but they failed to mention these leaks came out on April 1st of this year. They had also mentioned with these leaks, that these said remakes of Pokemon Yellow would also include the return of your pokemon following you around as well as them being integrated somehow with Pokemon GO and that you could also link you GO accounts with these games. They say you may catch the pokemon in game similar to how we catch Pokemon in Pokemon GO. But, who knows the validity of this. All in all, Whatever they announce, I am sure I will need to buy a switch soon lol

1 RespuestaAll the rumors suggest that it will be taking inspiration from Pokemon Go, which worries me, I didn’t care for Pokemon Go.

9 RespuestasSee, I’m obviously worried about the Pokémon Go! integration, but even then I was still planning on at least trying it. Then, another leak supposedly confirmed that there would only be the original 151, and that was the dealbreaker for me. I’m no “genwunner”, and as a matter of fact, I think gen 1 is rather boring.

2 RespuestasI really don’t mind going back to Kanto, that sounds like surefire way to make sales. (Though I had hoped that the first Pokémon game on Switch would feature a new region. Personally, I’d love a another game in the style of Black/White, where it’s around 150 new Pokémon, and the old ones don’t show up till post-game. But it is what it is). What I’m not happy about is the rumors that they’ll implement Pokémon Go mechanics. I’m just not a big fan of Go, and I prefer the mainline games for my Pokémon fix. I’ll have to see if & how they implement these features.

5 RespuestasI'm wary about believing any of these leaks, however there has been a push in the merchandise recently for Pikachu and Eevee together. I don't know if it'll be true or not but either way I just want follower pokemon again. Won't be much longer until we find out (fingers crossed, hopefully the reveal will be at E3)
