Please don't spread bad information. Bungie does a lot to fix issues that they actually can fix. 2. Your issue from your thread shows you are using a router (Technicolor) that is known to cause Cabbage error issues. 3. Never suggest someone use wifi or a hotspot. Wifi is not recommended as has been stated repeatedly by Bungie and other players. Also, if their connection is slowed down, it can cause them issues and may lead to an account restriction.
