Hi,
Thank you for your report. This issue may be resolved by clearing your console cache. To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Exit Destiny and shut down your console.
2. Once your console is fully shut down, unplug the power supply from the console for at least 5 minutes.
3. Plug in and turn on your gaming console and launch Destiny.
4. Attempt to reconnect and play Destiny.

Apologies. This issue may be resolved by deleting CVARS.xml. To clear CVARS, players must: [quote] 1) Close Destiny 2 2) See file directory: \Users\USER_NAME\Appdata\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs\ 3) Select and delete the CVARS.xml file in this directory 4) Relaunch Destiny 2 [/quote] If you still encounter this issue after following these troubleshooting steps, please reply back to this post.

If possible, can you provide a video of your character leveling and not receiving an Illuminated Engram?
