Hi Bungie, I hope that the throttling of faction rally weapons throughout season 2 is just a way to slow down content rollout as the developers are working on the many fixes stated last week (this post was created Jan. 17th). This way, the developers can focus on the tasks stated in the roadmap post and do small updates through season 2. I am also hoping that it is not just the live team working on these changes. Rather than forcing out more content when D2 is in the state it is in, I am hoping that everyone at Bungie is working on the fixes stated. As for the Lost sectors throttle, I got nothing. Maybe reduce it from 10 minutes to 5? Allow players to actually do the content they normally wouldn’t if it wasn’t for faction rallies.
