If Eververse items can be attained by ways that aren't leveling up (or purchasing) it gives us more things to do when we reach endgame. There are also items in Eververse that have grimmor (lore) attached to them, like it's description. So if an item with lore about vex was in Eververse, then, it would drop from a Vex boss.
