I was on live chat with an Xbox support and then the Account Manager for almost two hours and at the end all I got was this. "Yes, we are aware that there were customers who received refunds for such case when the update was just recently released. But after that, all transactions were on hold and no one can process a refund moving forward." That is from Dylan S. Microsoft account manager himself. @bungie I want a full refund. How do I get one?
