If you have not already, you may want to try clearing your console cache. Clearing the cache can help remove any bad data or corrupted files that have been stored in the console's temporary files that may be causing this issue. Bungie, I don’t think this is an issue on our end. A large trend has been showing up here since a hot fix abou two weeks ago around faction rallies. I never had any issues during d1 and the first three weeks of destiny 2 no weasel. Then hot fix around faction rallies and it’s been weasel multiple time a night. My internet is great, nothing has changed in years with my setup, and all other games are working flawlessly. I have my NAT open and I am just not sure what is going on. Is this being looked at bungie?
