I don't see an Issue.
The Fire-rates of the weapons are controlled in game, not by how fast you can click.
So no matter how high you have your settings, you'll never be able to fire the weapon faster than it's actually able to be fired.
So hop in, you'll be fine.

Someone PLEASE get this to Bungie: https://youtu.be/FmJ5Zjj6HI0 This is not too hard to do on your own, and [b]RIDICULOUSLY EASY[/b] if using a macro. I don't what's with this game, but the feeling is that a lot of people is not capable to be in the position they are, or they simply don't test the game before shipping at all. I have been playing this franchise passionately since release in Sept. 2014 and have always tried to let go of the bad parts and issues, because when you love something, you will always hope for the better of it. But with D2 lately, there have been so many game breaking issues and the response time is so long when compared to the reworks and adjustments made back in D1 that you almost feel like the team itself is hopeless towards their product. Tolly here. I can't use that account to answer for some reason. I agree completely. I guessed that the guns firerates are the same as Destiny 1, that they have their fire rates set by their unique stats. So you'd think that there wouldn't be any issues at all with rapid fire, but you never know what they consider cheating. It is a third party software that in this case doesn't alter the game but it could still be considered cheating. You never know where the devs draws the line where something is considered cheating and not. So I want to know 100% from Bungie before I use it and risk getting banned and waste 60$ unfortunately.
