Companion problem
For some reason here on Bungie.net and on the companion app my new character doesn't appear. It looks like the site don't recognise the game. I bought a fisic copy of destiny 2 for Ps4 and I have a warlock at level 20. I had also played with the same account to destiny 1 on ps3. I can't join a clan without this site. And it would means I will probably lose anot important part of the game. Please help.

I'm having the same problem on xbox. Had an account back when I played destiny 1 up until the dark below. My characters transferred to the game fine but says I have no characters on the app. I've tried deleting cache and making sure I have the most updated version and still nothing. Account is linked no problem but no characters. Also went from xbox 360 to xbox one
