Part of what you may need to keep in mind is as far as we know, we are in base, statless gear. i dont know if int/disc/stren are making a comeback but remember how much that affected recharges? As for the power ammo, this last strike i did it ALMOST seemed to drop as much as D1 heavy... if you treat your power weap as a heavy and conserve it its close to what it was. still, having sniper/shotgun share the spot with heavy is silly.

  • Exactly, gear with stats will help reduce CDs on abilities, just like D1. Suprised peeps are so salty over a beta.

  • power weapons = special weapon, not heavy. IMO As far as we have seen heavy weapons are gone from the game. Heavy is a rocket launcher with tripod / cluster bombs or sword that can one/two shot captains, machine guns. So power ammo should fall just like special did in D1. That would make a lot more sense.

  • That's what I'm hoping for, I'm hoping that the armor/weapon mod slots add a bit more to the experience. There is clearly a lot we haven't seen and we can only provide feedback at face value. The current changes aren't a deal breaker for me, D2 is still a wicked fun game, but it can always be better. Here's hoping that the full release has a bit more customization and choice involved in helping our guardians improve!

  • Yeah hopefully that's what it is and not that they simply decided to axe it like random weap perks. Looking in the menu I didn't see any such meters or anything. Feel like classes are too simplified now, unless full release is gonna have a lot more.
