actually you can't completely turn off cortona. it still runs in the background. unless theres a registry hack someone knows about.
plus unless you had someone else install windows 10 you can disable most of the useless crap when you install.

It still runs the "Cortana" process in the background but she's basically cut off from performing anything other than index searching. Relieving a lot of system resources and turning it back in to the good old windows search, instead of always being connected to gps, maps, internet etc. The original thread is simple, a full disc clean to free up wasted space and corrupted temp files etc. Hope they help 😊 More tuning videos through this week and next, providing my neighbors are quiet enough for my equipment not to pick up lol
