I had ADHD when I was a kid and took meds for it but I learned to control it and stopped (that was a while ago).

Actually, meditation can benefit anyone, at least in theory.

Cool. I'm not denying that. I don't need help with anything cause I don't have any mental conditions anymore.

It's not just mental conditions though. It can simply be used to relax.
