Here's a question that no Atheist can answer.
Where do you go when you die?
And since you cannot conquer death, do you admit that your life has no meaning?

Here's a question for you: How do you know Heaven is real?
-
The honest answer... I truely believe I've seen Hell. So therefore, there must be a Heaven.
-
You must be mentally ill or just so depressed that you thought life was Hell to think you've seen Hell, really, I know Trump-America is a living Hell but, seriously. (Slow claps)

And then for the life not having meaning bit, it is for enjoying the time you have to live and to help others have a good life too. The point of living is to help others and to help the worlds. You see, as long as your time here is well spent, if you enjoy it, if you help others, that gives your life meaning and if you don't enjoy it, you can claim your life meaningless, but enjoying it is the purpose. Your life is like a gift card, spend it wisely or you will regret in the end.

The ground ?
-
Value comes from scarcity.
-
Value comes from perspective.
-
And that vague statement is relevant how?
-
I guess that's a matter of perspective as well.
-
I think it's a matter of perspective whether it's a matter of perspective.
-
I can see that.
-
-
I don't know, send me a postcard when you get there.

I do not know definitively, however due to the nature of consciousness being a byproduct of the functions of our brain, the most likely scenario is that when it ceases functioning, what you perceive as "you" no longer exists. This doesn't mean life is meaningless. Why focus so much on the end when you are alive right now? Life is and always will be what you make of it and you've only got one chance, so be the best damn "you" you can be.
-
Because the best "You" dies in the end. What's the point of micro evolving if the end is all nothing?
-
Editado por Seldser: 6/1/2017 1:00:48 AMMy point is that my meaning in life is to die satisfied with how I lived, knowing that in some way I helped shaped the world as a better place for our future generations, and that my lineage will be carried on to tell my story. What do you mean by "Micro-evolution," since it has no relevance to my response?
-
As we age, we learn, grow, and become wiser. To me that's a personal micro evolution as you are not the same person you were at the end of your life as you were in the beginning. ...And then all that goes down the tubes and you become plant food. To me I much rather believe that we go onto something greater that death isn't the end of our journey of growth.

As for where you go when you die: You will in some way become part of the environment. If you are buried, you will decompose and give nutrients to the Earth. If your ashes are scattered, then they will become part of the environment as well. If you are shot into space in a coffin, then you will probably either float around for eternity or be crushed in a black hole or sun, or crash into a planet or celestial body.
-
I think the questions n he's referring to is, "What happens to your soul when you die?".
-
-
The same place you were before you were conceived. No, every life has meaning.
when you say "no atheist can answer" I think you mean "every atheist can answer".
-
Not an answer.
-
I could say the big plate of spaghetti in the sky. That's an answer. His answer is an answer. Just because it wasn't the answer you wanted, doesn't mean it was wrong.
