Bungie, I wanted to provide some crucible feedback. Shaxx had a Rift bounty for the weekly crucible reward, so I played about 10 games of rift and between [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/PGCR?instanceId=6156414570&characterId=2305843009221897103]stacked teams[/url], [url=http://xboxdvr.com/gamer/Der%20Sheff/video/26725114]lag[/url] and no skilled kids being propped up by better players, it was miserable. I am a 0.95 player. I can compete with kids around 1.10-1.20 k/d. Much higher than that and it's pretty ugly. When I am constantly matching teams of kids that are 1.5 (and better), with my teammates averaging 0.8, the matches are a bloodbath. I provided the prime example above. Getting mercy ruled with less than 1,500 points to 12,000 was absurd. I had a match where I was using Nirwen's Mercy and dealing 9 damage on critical hits. My shots are on target and dealing no damage at all. And, to top off the whole experience, I have these campy jugg shield Titans on clean up crew round a corner, shotgun and tea bag. As far as connection goes, I have 40Mbps down and 5Mbps up. I am the only one using my connection and I am hard wired. I always have a green-bar connection, but my opponents are a different story. I know you said you were going to open up SBMM to reduce time between matches ([url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/219219114?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=0]link[/url]), but this is absurd. It ruins the entire experience.
