Not even sure how much of the XB1 you can safely disassemble. If the design is anything like the XB1 controller it has some sketchy ass pins that pop in and out of place to give it a seamless look, so that you have to jam a screwdriver or something in the tiny gaps to get it apart. If you manage to pull the faceplate off and whatnot I guess you could paint it and snap it back on. Might be able to get some LED's to fit inside, I guess, but the inside is so obscured by those big ass shuttered vents that I doubt it would be worth the effort.
