Some more thoughts on weapon tuning [From the desk of hidden boxs]
Fix perks such as armor piercing and high cal rounds. Please . NLB has unflinching intrinsically ? If not explain these plays. Buff high impact low Rof pulses scouts and hand cannons so 2 taps are commonplace and shift the primary meta into 2 tap to compete with all 1 tap special meta . As well as slight pvp debuff for low impact high rate of fire (excluding exotics) accompanied by a pve boost to damage to compensate .
