Queen's Wraith only has five available items so I can understand why it levels slowly. Don't be upset that you can't just farm out the whole queen's set in one day.

The queen needs a class item that allows at least a small amount of extra rep and maybe bring the rep down that the quests give you. That way the people who love the armor could get it. Unlike how easy it is for the other factions to rank

Your complaint is not if you can get the set it's how fast you can get it. Giving Queen's Wrath a rep booster would be pointless since the rep comes from bounties and Etheric Light (which is extremely inefficient). You would just equip it before turning in your bounties and 99% of the time wear a different booster. Patience is a virtue.
