a simple analogy is "if it were easy everyone would be doing it" which everyone and their brother, sister and mother is. If you are getting drilled in the head with any sort of primary you should not be able to pull off headshots, if you tag someone and instantly pull out your primary that takes no skill, snipers need a bit of tweaking not nerfing but tweaking, the only people i have respectful for are the ones who deserve it, who consistently hit headshots because that's the only time it takes skill.
