Imagine a crucible playlist seperated into different eras of destinys weapon balancing. a playlist of vanilla destiny before crotas end where inside of the playlist weapons perform how they did in that era of the game for example in vanilla the suros basically 4-5 shotting. then the crotas end dlc the weapons inside that playlist would perform how they did then. then HoW with thorn 2 shotting and felwinters sniper sniping and so on. what do you guys think?
edit: I expected a more positive result. those who dont like it can you explain why so i can improve the idea!
edit: this would be a weekly playlist thing where it would be one dlc era for that week

last edit: i know this will never be a thing i just thought of it as a really unique cool idea because im pretty sure no game has this in it and hey i could be wrong i dont know every game out there but this concept would be awesome to have my opinion

Only problem would be what you'd have to code. Currently all weapons changes are connected to all modes, so there simply isn't a "past state." It would be hard to code and probably not worth Bungie's time, unless they have extremely good coders.

Those thorn days were a dark time *shivers* No more thorn no more thorn

Editado por Quarantane : 4/29/2016 1:16:19 PMIt's an interesting idea, but most people have a preferred time period and would stick to it rather than play anything new. The other downside of the idea is that whenever you increase the number of activities within the game you will decrease the number of players within other playlists which leads to longer search times. Maybe rather than making these permanent play lists they could do a weekly version of it, and rotate the game modes like classic 6v6. "Weekly legacy 6v6, play with weapon balance patch ______ introduced in _______"
