Dying at fall to PoE chest locks you out of airlock... Coudn't get to the chest!!
Today I played PoE 41 and accidentally died falling to the chest room. Once I respawned I appeared in the Vex room and the door to the airlock wouldn't open. I couldn't get my rewards!! I assume this will get fixed since I'm not the first person mentioning it.

Unless I'm wrong your teammates are able to revive you down there
