Can you try to test what the accuracy boost of hip fire perk is?

sure :) my immediate [b]assumption[/b], though, is: that it locks your hipfire accuracy in place, rather than have it bloom under sustained fire. Your accuracy has two states. Initial accuracy and final accuracy. Initial is when you're not moving / in the air / shooting. That first shot is always the most accurate. The longer you fire, the fatter that cone gets, which is bad. I'm guessing it locks your accuracy cone in place. I will have to test to confirm.
