I'm not sure what you mean by "xbox 360 wire"?
- XBL subscription follows your XBL account, so that would be usable on your XB1
- If you mean the ethernet cable, yes that is also compatible, but really applies to any internet access, not just gold.
If you are talking about anything else, I will need more clarification.

Sure - ethernet cable is standard network cable used by all (wired) devices on the internet ... you can use the same one for your XB1.
