Eris won't have bounties anymore. Crota's End reputation will be gained by certain activites.
Petra will have new bounties starting the 15th. Althought you may have to complete a certain quest first...

The Raid, Crota's End, will apparently give Reputation. Court of Oryx, the new Public Events at the Dreadnaught, does too. (https://youtu.be/iLap6BylvGc?t=15m15s)
