TLW Hip-fire accuracy and damage issues (video footage included)

Another Repost. Must...not....give up. This one has the video footage. Two Hip-Fire issues: Hip Fire: Doesn't always register precision hits, even when aimed squarely on an enemy's head. Even more interesting is if it should be a precision or miss, and it's a body shot. As the old adage goes, "what good is a gun that doesn't shoot where you point it." The answer for TLW is "still surprisingly well" due to the auto-fire. But clearly we want our weapons to hit (or miss) where we aim. Precision Bonus: Sometimes doesn't register in Hip Fire, sometimes does in ADS. This happens in both PvE and PvP. It will register precision and I'll get my 111 in PvP or my varying top number in PvE while not firing from the hip and after several shots ADS. Other times, I have a distinct video of this one, I fired twice at a vandal's head and got two numbers, both white and more than normal body shots, but less than the precision damage. Took two hits, so both times the numbers were irrelevant, no matter what they were. It wasn't the one shot it should have been. Quick request: A VERY slight boost to the precision damage so that it can one hit all tier 1 enemies. As it stands, Cabal legionaries at lvl 30 can just barely survive a precision shot from the hip. It's kind of annoying to have to use one more whole bullet from that 8 round mag to eliminate that last sliver of energy. Just....a little.....sliver. Couldn't be more than 10 or 20 hp difference. Nothing game breaking to add. Feel free to argue with me, so long as you bump it in the end. Also, please let me know if the video link didn't work.

TLW does not need nerfed in general, but does need to be fixed (combination of 'nerf' and 'buff'). You are correct about aiming and hip fire , in that aiming nets a 111 critical shot.(nerf). But they also need to fix the hip fire accuracy (buff). The gun also stops firing while the trigger is held down, which also needs fixed. TLW is a great weapon, which works to combat Thorn and Shotguns. With respect to those weapons being truly irritating and very prevalent, TLW should maintain it's power, but be fixed to work properly.
