They didn't lower the price of Destiny when they decided to cut content. They didn't lower the price of House of Wolves when they decided to cut content. Why start now?

This is where I stand on this, and I understand that I am part of the problem. I have invested hundreds of hours into this game, I know I have. I also purchased the Seasons Pass (way back in the day). I drank the koolaid. Because of this investment, I am pot committed, I am the sucker that will buy the damned expansion at $40, because while it is a lot of $$$ invested, I am getting the hours out of the game, I am the Guardian, I am the problem. In retrospect, I should never have purchased the game in the first place. The warning signs were there. I pre-purchased this game knowing full well that they were already screwing the fans over by offering more content to those who went with Sony this go around. While this is not out of the norm for some developers, and I know that there is a rocky history from when MS owned Bungie, but does that excuse taking the fanbase they made them what they are, that they professed for years to love, and screw them over in this regard. I don't believe it does. This was the warning shot, they fired it early, and still I ignored it, and threw my money at them. I am the problem. This never would have gone so far if I hadn't heeded the warnings, don't blame Bungie, blame me. Stockholm syndrome, or capture-bonding, is a psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and sympathy and have positive feelings toward their captors, sometimes to the point of defending and identifying with the captors. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome
