Come on Bungie!
This elder cipher glitch is really starting to piss me off. It has happened to me TWICE where i get the cipher but I cant return it to variks because my bounties are full. They were full when i entered the 35 prison and it just decides to troll me? Great....now i have to wait for a damn patch to get my lord of wolves
