Characters
I lost all my characters I had two 33s and a 32 yesterday and now today they're all gone and reset and I lost everything in the vault too. WHAT HAPPENED?!?!!??

Make sure nobody else has access to your account, unfortunately Bungie does not restore lost items or characters for any reason, their policy mind you.
