Next Gen transfer
I have switch to a next Gen console and my collector's edition items did not switch. Although my frontier ghost she'll is in my inventory I can not equip it. I looked online a bit but did not find any solutions just more questions.

Pre-ordered DLC contents does not transfer. They are console specific (e.g. frontier ghost shell, Blacksmith shader, and red tumbler)
