Apparently this has been reported before. Sometimes the trial/demo account can be locked out abruptly. A friend of mine has a problem with trial/demo causing the same "console incompatible"/chimpaneze problem. Obviously its something to do with the account stored on the bungie server. It cant be fixed at the user end, so they would be happy to start again even if the characters could be deleted ! is there anything that can be done or cant they even see if the would like to play the game at all ?
