Both the Hunters supers (especially Arc Blade) are underpowered in high lvl PVE and will never get a buff because of PVP. Feel like I'm typecasted as medic when I'm forced to play Bladedancer because of lemming squadmates.

My Gunslinger is consistently the highest performing one in my fire team in Nightfall, Heroic Strikes, and Raid. I understand Bladedancers may feel underpowered due to having to get up close and personal, but Gunslinger allows me to put down a good number of adds at range.

I can get a lot of orbs for teammates with keyhole and combustion but it just feels wrong. Idk.. Edit: Just generated 16 orbs with 2 shots hiding behind a pebble from a mile away and it felt so right. Mayhaps Grungis on to something and I'm a scrub and need to L2P BD. Invisibility is OP but picking perks for it really gimps Arc Blade. There's no synergy except for vanish and I have no idea how you'd fix the class and manage to keep it balanced.

That's why I don't use my super on boss anymore. I use it to kill groups of mobs or take down dangerous adds quickly. In VoG that's one praetorian down or 2-4 supplicants. I generate orbs for my teammates and I quickly remove threats.

Now on the raid your gunslinger is actually pretty damn handy, especially on Hard mode. I usually take two hunters with me while I grab relic. When on Venus I tell them to pop that special and murder the -blam!- out of the Minotaur. And 1 shot oracles
