I hate it when people leave. Much as I hate to lose, the game's not over yet. The guys that leave probably need someone with a mythoclast to carry them to victory. More than a few times, I'd join an Iron banner match and the other guys and I manage to somehow turn the tables. Or the game starts taking a turn our of our favor and some people dip, and the new guys that join still were able to contribute to the win. You still get crucible rep for playing, and even if you lose, you can work on your Iron Banner bounties, which I've heard that some people are having difficulties with them. I've played through a lot of those matches that couldn't be turned around, and I still was able to get Iron Banner reputation rank 3. I like my new shader and emblem. To the other teams that has people leave, I know how you feel. I'll try to make this win as quick as possible. In the meantime, you're more than welcome to keep playing. Always believe there is a chance to win, especially if the winning side starts to get with their playing.
