Well thats kinda of the point of exotics, they're suppose to be op. Why bother having an exotic rifle if it does the same amount of damage as a rare rifle?
Destiny is a good example on why most looters dont have a pvp component

You completely miss the point. This exotic is totally special. It out-DPSes every single other exotic rifle by over 2 times. It's not a bit OP, it's OP and broken.
