ugh... i thought they said this game was going to last 10 years.... and that its not going to be like COD which releases a new game every year and all your progress gets wipes.
Destiny your progress will continue for 10 years. now they havent said whether that will be in new games or expansions but i would assume were getting 10 years of expansions. and if they bring out destiny 2 our characters better be getting ported.

They most definitely will port over. And you're correct. The game has a 10 year plan. Expect new games every 2-3 years with expansions in between. The expansions will be big but not nearly big enough to be considered a new game.
