The other question would be how long does it last for. But if it is a short duration and you look like the NPCs did then it might not be too bad. You could still tell where they were and all...which I can see leading to hunter QQ of "ZOMG I IZ STALTHD HAOW DID DEY C MEEE!!!!!" Though I hope the community doesn't gain too many people like that.

It also depends how much longer shadowjack increases it, there are going to be a lot of shadowjack invisible crouch snipers... I'm only choosing this class because it looks like the best melee class, plus stick bombs sound like good tank killers.
