So when the company itself makes a exclusive deal with google, your saying that is illegal?
English
-
Restricting another company to do it's job so it cannot work with it's rivals so they keep control of the market....yes. If Apple went out of business and Microsoft was left at the top then it would have had to do something to dismantle is new found monopoly. BT in the UK had a monopoly with Fibre optic broadband and was forced to break up.

The company made a deal with google. You can't say "No you can't have a deal with google" it's called a free enterprise. They can do business with whoever they want.
-
Well clearly they cannot because Google is restricting the business to just google. The companies using Google might not care because hey they get paid, Google's rivals however are shut out of a possible partnership. Look at gaming for example Netflix is on multiple platforms because it has the right to work which who it want's. It's not shut out by any one company. Games that are exclusive tend to be 1st party titles made by a development team with a set contract with a set date/condition set out, like bungie had to make 5 Halo games before they could end their contract. The only way to keep a perma exclusive is to buy out the company/dev and not put it in the contract you have no right to work with anybody but us.
-
Except they can, it's called free enterprise. You can't tell them who they have to do business with. Or who they can't do business with.
-
Again your missing the point in that Google has set restrictions on Advertising so they don't work with Googles Rivals. Can you not understand that?
-
They havnt set restrictions. Realize that. The COMPANY that makes the deal with google has. Which is entirely legal because of free enterprise.
-
"restrictions on advertisers from moving their online ad campaigns to rival search engines." Google set them for pete's sake. Im done with this.
